Clawtech is registered as an NICEIC Approved Contractor to carry out all aspects of electrical work, in Domestic, Commercial and Industrial installations (non hazardous).
NICEIC Approved Contractor is the highest level of approval in the electrical industry and it covers all obligations in a dwelling under Part P of the Building Regulations in England and Wales.
Clawtech Electrical also holds the government endorsed Trustmark status. This shows that we meet all the standards set out by the UK Government to ensure that we are a trusted company.
After work is completed all customers will be issued with an electrical safety certificate, and where necessary a building notice completion certificate will follow by post.
Under the Building Regulations Part P (with the exception of certain very minor works), it is a criminal offence for anyone to start electrical work in a dwelling without first notifying the local building control office, unless they are approved to certify their own work.
Although most trades people are honest professionals, you should always check that they are who they say they are. There is a list of all businesses registered with the NICEIC on their website. Every genuine member would welcome you to make these checks.
Clawtech Electrical holds £5m public liability insurance.
All workmanship is fully guaranteed and this is backed by the NICEIC. In the unlikely event you may have a problem, Clawtech will investigate it immediately and resolve the problem. This guarantee is also insurance backed by the NICEIC. Should any NICEIC member have ceased trading when a problem occurs then they will still be covered.
